Cerulean Cedar plans to begin floating foundation installation in 2027 at the start of the offshore construction phase. With FID targeted for 2026 and first power for 2028, the 2027 construction year necessarily begins with anchor/mooring deployment and tow-out of semi-submersible floating foundations. The Haventus Ardersier Energy Transition Facility (Phase 1 complete late 2025) is the strategic assembly, deployment and operations hub for the NSRG portfolio supporting Cedar foundation marshalling. Year precision reflects phase-level scheduling in current developer communications.
