Arup was appointed by Cerulean Winds as project management office (PMO) support to initiate and manage delivery for the NSRG programme, starting with the Aspen floating offshore wind farm and alongside the Beech and Cedar sites. Arup supported the seabed lease-stage bid submissions for Aspen, Beech and Cedar, and provided project initiation, design management and delivery support, including establishing and running the PMO, providing independent technical assurance (owner’s engineer-type services), leading development of regulatory submissions, and supporting grid-related submissions and engagement (including work related to UK grid reform and connection/market submissions).
