As part of Crown Estate Scotland’s 2022 INTOG leasing round, Cerulean Winds Aspen Project Limited was awarded the Aspen INTOG Lease Area in the Central North Sea, with the INTOG leases announced in March 2023, granting the developer rights to progress the 1 GW floating wind project.
