By May 2025, Cerulean Winds had established a project charter for the 1 GW Aspen floating wind project under which consortium partners NOV, Siemens Energy, Bilfinger, Ocean Installer and Haventus committed to work together as a Tier 1 delivery group, expecting to support more than 1,000 UK jobs, commit around £1 billion in domestic spending and unlock nearly £1 billion in additional inward investment over Aspen’s lifecycle.
