On 11 March 2025, Cerulean Winds appointed marine construction and operations provider Ocean Installer to join the alliance of companies developing the 1 GW Aspen floating offshore wind farm in the Central North Sea, with the company to provide engineering expertise and, post‑FID, installation services for the mooring system, inter-array cables and marshalling of floating units during fabrication, tow‑out and hook‑up.
