Description
ABL was appointed as marine warranty surveyor to support marine transportation and installation operations for the Centre Manche 1 and Centre Manche 2 offshore grid connections offshore Normandy, France. ABL’s scope covered technical review and approval of transportation and installation engineering documentation for warranted activities, participation in HAZID/HAZOP meetings, suitability surveys of installation vessels, onshore and offshore attendances to approve marine operations, and issuing certificates of approval. The work was stated to start in Q3 2024 and continue through project delivery in 2032.
