In April 2024, APEM, commissioned by Cenos Offshore Windfarm Ltd., began a programme of monthly intertidal and nearshore bird surveys at the EICC landfall site near Longhaven, covering the landfall area and a 500 m buffer out to 2 km offshore to support assessment of the export cable landfall for the project.
