Rimkus

Rimkus provided commercial and contract management support under a framework agreement to assist delivery of the Caithness–Moray HVDC transmission project. The work package comprised commercial advisory and contract-management activities to support construction delivery of the HVDC link, including management of commercial risks and supplier contract interfaces during the project implementation phase. The engagement supported the client through procurement and contract administration tasks associated with the large, multi-contractor offshore and onshore works for the Caithness–Moray link.
