Description
CMS advised Marguerite Pantheon SCSp on the sale of its 22.5% stake in the Butendiek offshore wind farm to Greencoat Renewables PLC. CMS’ scope covered legal support for the transaction, including vendor due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, and advising across relevant legal workstreams (corporate/M&A, public law, real estate & construction, banking and finance, regulatory, tax and competition aspects) for the divestment of the operating 288 MW Butendiek project.
