On 23 January 2024, UTEC, Acteon’s Geo‑services business line, was awarded a three‑year subsea balance‑of‑plant operations and maintenance contract by Siemens Gamesa for the Butendiek offshore wind farm, covering ROV foundation inspections, array cable and seabed surveys, corrosion protection surveys and multibeam echosounder surveys for the turbines and offshore substation.
