Following agreement of methodology with statutory authorities in late June/early July 2015, a pre-construction benthic and Annex I habitat baseline survey for Burbo Bank Extension was carried out in late July 2015, involving grab sampling and drop-down video (DDV) transects around proposed turbine locations and the export and array cable routes to confirm the presence or absence of Annex I reef and collect baseline sediment and infaunal data.
