The Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, following a recommendation by the Planning Inspectorate, granted the Burbo Bank Extension Offshore Wind Farm Development Consent Order (The Burbo Bank Extension Offshore Wind Farm Order 2014, Ref EN010026), authorising the offshore turbines, offshore substation, array cables and part of the export cable.
