This entry appears alongside the project’s Section 36 consent application for the construction and operation of the offshore generating station and offshore transmission infrastructure, as well as the associated marine licence applications and environmental documentation. The presence of a standalone “Representations” item, categorised as an application-stage document for a renewables‑wind project, indicates that Marine Scotland formally recorded or opened a representations (public consultation) stage on the offshore consent applications at that time.
