Broadshore secured its seabed lease in the 2022 ScotWind leasing round, with the 900 MW Broadshore site awarded alongside the 1.8 GW Bellrock project to the BlueFloat Energy–Renantis partnership (now Nadara-led), establishing site rights for commercial‑scale floating wind development north of Fraserburgh.
