Cable installation for the Indre Oslofjord link between Filtvet (Hurum) and Brenntangen (Vestby) was completed in 2018, with Nexans Norway installing the final seven 420 kV subsea cables for Statnett. This work, finished before the summer of 2018, replaced older cable systems and formed part of Statnett’s Indre Oslofjord reinforcement project.
