For the Brac–Hvar 110 kV interconnector, HOPS completed replacement of the submarine cable and reconstruction of the associated onshore cable stations in 2024; the new cable was put into operation in May 2024, and following testing, measurements and technical inspection, a usage permit for the assets was obtained on 26 July 2024, marking full commissioning of the reconstructed cable stations.
