In November 2025, the ownership of Thistle Wind Partners’ ScotWind projects was realigned so that DEME Concessions and Aspiravi became the sole owners of the Bowdun Offshore Wind Farm, while Qair acquired full ownership of the separate Ayre floating wind project. The three companies remain partners in the TWP joint venture, but Qair exited equity ownership of Bowdun, consolidating Bowdun’s shareholding under DEME Concessions and Aspiravi.
