By 5 March 2024, COWI had secured a pre-FEED contract from Thistle Wind Partners covering integrated electrical and civil design studies for the Ayre and Bowdun offshore wind farms. Under this scope, COWI will carry out front-end engineering design work for onshore and offshore electrical and civil infrastructure to support the planned construction of Bowdun in 2029 and its commissioning in the early 2030s.
