G.E.O.S. provided geophysical and geotechnical support services for the subsoil investigation programme along the DolWin4 and BorWin4 offshore grid connection cable routes, including supervision/monitoring and implementation support for investigations across tidal flats, beach, shallow-water and deep-water areas, and evaluation and assessment of the collected data. The work supported the exploration of an approximately 180-kilometre corridor from the Hilgenriedersiel landfall via Norderney to the planned DolWin delta and BorWin delta converter platform locations, and included compilation of the main subsoil investigation reporting in line with Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency standards and incorporating geophysical results.
