Description
Asso.subsea carried out pull-in operations for the BorWin3 export cable on the BorWin gamma offshore converter platform. Working as a subsea cable installation contractor, the company executed the final pull-in and securing of the ±320 kV HVDC export cable as it was brought from the seabed up onto the platform. This work formed part of the overall offshore installation campaign for TenneT’s 900 MW BorWin3 grid connection and was performed in coordination with the main cable EPC contractor and platform contractor to ensure proper routing, tension control and termination preparation on the topside.
