Description
Ørsted acted as the developer and was responsible for delivering Borkum Riffgrund 3 under a full-scope engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) approach. Ørsted was also stated to be responsible for operations and maintenance of the offshore wind farm for 20 years under the project arrangements described in connection with the partnership/divestment process.
