On 30 July 2018, the foundation installation campaign at Ørsted’s Borkum Riffgrund 2 offshore wind farm was completed when the last of 20 suction bucket jacket foundations was installed in the German North Sea, finalising the mixed foundation set alongside previously installed monopiles.
