Description
Jan De Nul was awarded a contract to transport and install five MHI Vestas Offshore Wind V164-8.0 MW wind turbines for the Blyth Offshore Demonstrator offshore wind project in the UK. The installation scope used Jan De Nul’s jack-up installation vessel Vole au vent, with offshore installation expected to take place in the third quarter of 2017 at the site approximately 5.7 km off the coast of Blyth, Northumberland.
