Offshore construction for the 30 MW Beleolico (Taranto) offshore wind farm started in September 2021, when Van Oord’s installation vessel MPI Resolution arrived near the main pier of the Port of Taranto and began installing the monopile foundations for the ten turbines in the shallow waters off the harbour.
