Description
Siem Offshore, working on behalf of Beatrice Offshore Windfarm Ltd (BOWL), carried out inter-array cable installation operations at the Beatrice offshore wind farm off the Caithness coast. The cable laying vessel Siem Aimery was to install up to 24 inter-array cables during the first campaign, supported in parallel by the cable support vessel Siem Stingray for personnel transfers, crane operations, work-class ROV activities and survey along planned inter-array routes. Cable burial was to be performed using a tracked jet trencher launched from Siem Aimery.
