Inelfe’s detailed schedule shows marine cable installation running to Q3 2027, underground cable works to Q4 2027, and converter‑station works through Q4 2028, with testing starting mid‑2027 and continuing until commissioning. Given that station works extend to late 2028, full commercial operation on 2028‑01‑01 is not credible even if the overall 2028 commissioning year is maintained.
