KEMA Limited acted as technical advisor to Ofgem for the Offshore Transmission Owner (OFTO) competitive tender process for the Barrow offshore wind project, producing the Offshore Transitional Project Report assessing technical compliance, design overview, project risks, and cost/equipment volume assumptions for the transmission assets proposed for transfer.
