In 2003, Warwick Offshore Wind Limited (the Barrow project company) was acquired by a new ownership consortium comprising Centrica (BOW) Limited with 25%, DONG VE AS with 37.5%, and Statkraft Energy Europe AS with 37.5%, and the company was renamed Barrow Offshore Wind Limited, transferring 100% of the project company’s equity from Warwick Energy Limited to these three partners.
