Description
Siemens Energy, as Dragados Offshore’s consortium partner for BalWin2, was responsible for the HVDC systems for the offshore converter station and for delivering the complete onshore converter station for the BalWin2 grid connection at the Westerkappeln grid connection point, including conversion from 525 kV DC for transmission to shore and grid integration.
