Amprion BalWin2 (NOR-10-1) commercial operations targeted for 2032 Q3 per BSH Flächenentwicklungsplan 2025 amendment (30 January 2026, Tabelle 6). Amprion's earlier published §17d Abs 2 S 7 EnWG completion-date of 15 September 2031 is being formally adjusted following the cabinet decision (28 January 2026) to suspend the 2026 offshore wind auctions and re-tender site N-10.1 in 2027. The system is a 2 GW ±525 kV HVDC bipole connecting wind farm site N-10.1 (~2 GW, retender 2027) to the Westerkappeln onshore converter (NRW) via Hilgenriedersiel landfall and Norderney HDD. EPC scope under construction with Amprion Offshore GmbH as TSO/asset-owner. Replaces prior projection of year-end 2031 which pre-dated the FEP amendment.
