Description
Meyer Werft (Papenburg) was subcontracted to execute a significant portion of the steel construction work for the converter platform topsides for the BalWin1 and BalWin2 projects. Amprion stated that approximately 32,000 tons of steel construction work for the topside structure was passed on to Meyer Werft as part of the platform build programme led by the Dragados Offshore / Siemens Energy consortium.
