Description
Siemens Gamesa was selected by Equinor and Polenergia as the preferred supplier of SG 14-236 DD direct drive offshore wind turbines for the jointly developed MFW Bałtyk II and MFW Bałtyk III projects in Poland. The agreement covered delivery of the SG 14-236 DD turbine model (up to 15 MW power boost) for the two projects, with final turbine quantities to be confirmed later via the final turbine supply contract. For Bałtyk 2, this role corresponds to the supply of 50 turbines of the Siemens Gamesa SG 14-236 DD type.
