Bluestream Offshore (an OEG Renewables company) was awarded an EPCI contract by Equinor and Polenergia to deliver and install an impressed current cathodic protection (ICCP) system for the monopile foundations at the Bałtyk 2 and Bałtyk 3 offshore wind farms. The solution included the ICCP-Subsea Assembly Method (SAM) for remote installation of ICCP anodes on the monopiles. The overall scope covered 100 monopiles across both projects; for Bałtyk 2 this corresponds to corrosion protection scope for 50 monopile foundations.
