On 23 February 2026, Baltic Power initiated its first recruitment campaign for the 30-year operational phase of Poland’s first offshore wind farm, seeking roles such as offshore operations coordinators and energy infrastructure operators. The recruitment is run from the project’s service base in Łeba, which has already been supporting installation work over the 130 km² offshore site, and is intended to staff the long-term operation of the 1.2 GW wind farm expected to supply around 3% of Poland’s electricity.
