ORLEN states that first electricity generation from the Baltic East offshore wind farm is expected in 2032, following a planned final investment decision in 2029–2030 and supported by a 25‑year two‑way CfD and preferential debt financing under Poland’s National Recovery Plan. Once online, the project is planned to supply clean power to around 1.25 million Polish households.
