Wind turbine installation at the Baltic Eagle offshore wind farm began in May 2024 with the placement of the first of 50 Vestas V174‑9.5 MW turbines on monopile foundations. The offshore jack-up vessel Blue Tern, operated by Fred. Olsen Windcarrier, is carrying out the turbine installation campaign.
