In April 2018, Iberdrola was awarded the Baltic Eagle offshore wind farm in Germany’s second offshore wind tender run by the Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur), securing 476 MW of capacity and the associated regulated revenue support regime for the project located northeast of Rügen Island in the Baltic Sea.
