Van Oord completed installation of all 50 wind turbine foundations at Iberdrola’s Baltic Eagle offshore wind farm in the German Baltic Sea by 20 December 2023, finishing both the monopile installation with the heavy-lift vessel Svanen and subsequent transition piece installation campaigns. On the same project, Van Oord also finished laying the inter-array cables that link the turbines.
