In early October 2023, Van Oord started installing the inter-array cable system at Iberdrola’s 476 MW Baltic Eagle offshore wind farm, loading and beginning to lay around 70 kilometres of 66 kV inter-array cables from its cable-laying vessel Nexus after completing installation of all 50 monopiles and starting transition piece installation.
