On 26 March 2024, Thistle Wind Partners awarded Ramboll a pre-FEED foundation design contract focused on the Bowdun offshore wind project, under which Ramboll will also develop offshore substation foundation concepts for the Ayre Offshore Wind Farm, contributing to the projects’ overall design envelope and informing subsequent FEED and detailed design phases.
