Fugro commenced the initial offshore ground investigation campaign for RWE’s Awel y Môr offshore wind farm in the Irish Sea in November 2023, starting site works that included drilling 53 boreholes and conducting in-situ testing at the offshore substation and wind turbine generator locations during winter conditions.
