ABPmer

ABPmer was selected by RWE Renewables to support Awel y Môr’s export cable route selection and to inform foundation and array/export cable design by assessing sediment mobility and scour potential at the site. The work included analysis of oceanographic (metocean) data, interpretation of recent and historic seabed survey and geophysical datasets, hydrodynamic and sediment transport modelling, and GIS-based coastal erosion and beach-level change assessment to support landfall selection and design.
