The Arven Offshore Wind Farm consortium submitted its Offshore Scoping Report to the Scottish Government’s Marine Directorate/Scottish Ministers in June 2024, formally initiating the offshore EIA scoping process. The report sets out the required environmental assessments, information needs and proposed methodology, and will be used by Scottish Ministers to issue a scoping opinion that will guide the Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and the Marine Licence and Section 36 consent applications for Arven.
