Description
CLOCSS provided inspection and quality support services during the offshore installation phase of the Arkona offshore substation (approximately 5,000t). Contracted by STX France (now known as Chantiers d’Atlantique), CLOCSS performed offshore coating surveys during outfitting and commissioning, supported punch-list close-out with the client, managed contractor quality and schedule compliance, and reviewed final documentation prior to handover.
