As part of the construction phase of the 25 MW Arklow Bank Offshore Wind Park, GE Wind Energy planned testing and commissioning of the project’s electrical systems, including the subsea and underground export cables connecting the offshore turbines to ESB Networks at the Arklow National Grid Substation, following installation of foundations and undersea cables to shore.
