On 27 April 2018, Arcadis Ost 1 secured its revenue support when the German Federal Network Agency (BNetzA) awarded the project a 247 MW market premium in an offshore wind auction linked to the OST-2-1 connection line, following a successful bid in the 2018 tender round.
