CPP Investments agreed to sell its approximately 24.5% equity stake in the Albatros and Hohe See offshore wind farms back to Enbridge via its wholly owned subsidiary. The transaction, expected to complete by the end of 2023, will generate net proceeds of about CAD 374 million for CPP Investments and increase Enbridge’s ownership share in both projects.
