In 2012, Fulgor S.A. (Hellenic Cables Industry) was contracted as the main cable contractor for the 2 x 20 kV submarine power links between Aegina and Methana and between Thasos and Keramoti in Greece, with Public Power Corporation (PPC) as project owner. This contract covered manufacture and supply of the medium‑voltage submarine power cables serving the Aegina–Methana interconnection.
