In 2012, Asso.subsea (Assodivers group) was engaged to provide submarine cable transportation, installation, and protection services for the 2 x 20 kV power links between Aegina and Methana and between Thasos and Keramoti in Greece. Working under Fulgor as main contractor and PPC as asset owner, Asso.subsea executed laying of approximately 17.9 km of cable, trenching of 1.73 km to 1.0 m burial depth, and placement of 105 m of protective mattresses, covering the installation scope for the Aegina–Methana interconnection.
