On 10 July 2024, the Italian Ministry of Environment and Energy Security issued Decreto VIA DM_2024-0000221 for VIA procedure 9505, granting a positive Environmental Impact Assessment decision with prescriptions and recommendations for the "Hub Energetico Agnes Romagna 1 e 2" offshore energy hub, thereby concluding the EIA process.
